Night after night you lay tossing and turning, wishing you could find something that cures insomnia before some Hollywood talent scout decides you’d be perfect for the starring role in his next zombie movie.

You’ve tried everything – you’ve purchased new pillows, the bedroom is cool and dark, you’ve sworn off alcohol and sodas and you’ve read everything on relaxation techniques you can get your hands on.  And still, nothing works.  The sleep your body is craving seems to be always just beyond your reach.
