Once you let people know you’re having trouble sleeping they start coming up with all of these crazy suggestions for ways to cure your insomnia, don’t they?  It suddenly becomes the main topic of conversation around the water cooler.

•    “Drink warm milk before bedtime.”
•    “Turn the thermostat down to 68 degrees.”
•    “Buy new pillows.”
•    “Make sure your bedroom is completely dark.”
•    “Turn of the TV.”
•    “Read a book.”
